The MiniCool is the first commercial-grade ductless air conditioning system to effectively address the concerns of condensing section location and heat removal in commercial applications. It can be used in high-rise buildings where space for an outside condensing section is non-existent, in historical buildings having zoning restrictions or where there are architectural constraints such as a sloped roof.

The condensing section is designed for indoor installation with waste heat ducted to an outside wall or other suitable location. Condensing section placement can be in ceiling plenums, storage areas or any out of the way location up to 250’ in any direction. The MiniCool system includes the MiniWall evaporator and is available with other evaporators for ceiling- or floor-mounted installation.

The MiniWall evaporator adapts to any room configuration using minimal wall space. The soft tones and nicely styled exterior of the MiniWall blends naturally with any decor, and the unit has adjustable louvers for precise airflow. A standard wall thermostat controls temperature along with a unit-mounted fan speed adjustment. Used for comfort cooling applications only.
