Internally Ducted Condensing Section
With the MiniCool, you can overcome architectural constraints, such as a sloped roof, you can still utilize this technology. In historical applications where the exterior of the building must remain "clean" the condensing section can be tucked away in an attic, basement or crawl space. In some areas that are prone to vandalism the condensing section can be placed out of reach as well as out of sight. back to top
Split-able Up To 250 Feet
The MiniCool evaporators can be split a far-reaching 250' in any direction. That's over three times longer than conventional ductless systems. Components can even be located on different levels. The combination long refrigerant run and ducting option provide unlimited flexibility. back to top
One, Two or Three Independent Refrigeration Circuits
The MiniCool condensing section can have from 1 to 3 independent refrigeration circuits allowing separate control of each evaporator location. This allows for different refrigeration options that can be utilized on each circuit such as flooded condenser for winter cooling or hot gas bypass for improved operation. back to top
One, Two or Three Tons Per Circuit
Refrigerant circuits can be sized from 1 ton up to 3 tons of cooling for single, dual or triple circuited systems. Any combination is possible from 1 to a total of 9 tons of cooling. This provides even more flexibility when designing an application with a variety of loading.

Condensing Section Options
The MiniCool condensing sections are available as air-cooled, water-cooled or heat pump configurations. This choice allows you greater opportunities to match the heat rejection mode to the facility and available resources. back to top
24-Volt Control System
Simple 24 volt controls make the MiniCool system ideal for commercial applications. Each circuit operates from a simple manual thermostat or a programmable controller. Since all circuits work independently, cooling on the remaining circuits will continue to operate if one is interrupted. There is no remote control to loose or need to understand confusing operational handsets. back to top
Indoor or outdoor condenser location
The standard MiniCool indoor, air-cooled condenser can be adapted for outside use through the addition of a factory installed outdoor modification kit for additional installation flexibility. back to top
