United CoolAir has announced the availability of the new EZ-Fit modular Floor-By-Floor systems. Units are available in two cabinet sizes and can be "ganged" together for systems up to 100 + tons.

This project in New York City is a building that was residential housing and was being converted to high security condo Co-ops. The building itself is a “landmark structure”. This meant that the developers were constrained with any exterior modifications for the renovation.

United CoolAir Corporation is expanding their broad line of portable a/c and heating units to include a Portable Compact Trailer. This new US DOT Rated compact trailer is 20% smaller than their original system and includes features like a 2” tubular frame, dual axel wheels, hydraulic brakes and two leveling jacks.
