Existing and new structures require up to 20 CFM of outside air per occupant based on the type of application. Standard or existing air conditioners cannot handle this increased load. Units designed for this duty must be incorporated.
The OmegaAir units are available in vertical (floor mounted) or horizontal (ceiling mounted) configurations and are designed specifically for indoor applications. OmegaAir units provide greater flexibility and control, in particular for smaller zoned applications. Units can be coupled or de-coupled with the existing air conditioner.
OmegaAir units are ideal for renovation projects or where outside air requirements must be met on existing buildings. These units can be taken into a building using the existing doors and service elevators, thus avoiding expensive building modifications. When the optional OA3 microprocessor controls are incorporated, a number of operating modes provide excellent performance across the entire range of outdoor conditions.
